DATE OF DEATH: OCTOBER 27, 2021

On the 24th day of January, 2022, An affidavit for collection of Small Estate by Distributees  was filed with respect to CHRISTOPHER CLYDE ESTES, deceased, with the Clerk of the Probate Division of the Circuit Court of Sharp County, Arkansas, under Arkansas Code Annotated § 28-41- 101. 

The legal description of the real property listed in the affidavit is as follows: 

The South Half of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, 22 acres, and the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, 40 acres, all in section 2; the East Half of the Northeast Quarter of section 11, containing 80 acres, containing in the above 142 acres, more or less, in Township 16 North, Range 5 west. 

ALSO 

The South part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, 15 acres, and the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, 40 acres, in section 2; the West 

Half of the Northeast Quarter, 80 acres, in section 11, all in Township 16 North, Range 5 West, containing 135 acres, more or less. Containing in the aggregate 277 acres, more or less. 

LESS AND EXCEPT the southeast quarter of the northeast quarter of section 11, Township 16 North, Range 5 West, containing 40 acres, more or less. 

All persons having claims against the estate must exhibit them, properly verified, to the distributees or their attorney within three (3) months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they shall be forever barred and precluded from any benefit of the estate.
