A Quad-City Community Bake Sale to benefit Ukrainian refugees through local churches in Poland will be hosted by the United Women in Faith at Cherokee Village United Methodist Church, 21 Otter Drive, on Sat., April 9, from 10 a.m. until noon.
The public is invited to come with friends to shop a delicious variety of baked goods. Take-out veggie and potato soups prepared by the United Methodist Men will also be available. 100 percent of the receipts will help meet the many pressing needs of Ukrainian refugees.
