Former long time Cave City Fire Chief Ronny Milligan retired at the end of the year but remained with the department until March 1 to help with the transition for Chief Billy Penn. On March 7, Milligan was honored with a final barbecue dinner and presented with this fire ax by Chief Penn in honor of his over three decades of service to the city and 27 years he served as fire chief.
