Cherokee Village Suburban Improvement District is currently accepting bids for the following areas of work through Friday, April 1, 2022. Please see the attached locations and scope of work needed. Bids must be itemized for each location.
Interior painting: Bid should include all labor and materials
• Location: Omaha Center, 20 Omaha Circle, Cherokee Village, AR 72529
Scope: Paint all common areas: Front lobby at library entrance, main lobby, common hallway at first set of bathrooms, bathrooms in front lobby, auditorium columns, hallway beside auditorium to the back entrance at the kitchen, kitchen, back janitorial bathroom, hallway to second fitness center, second fitness center and back hallway entrance.

• Location: North Golf Course, 75 Pro Shop Drive, Cherokee Village, AR 72529
Scope: Paint ceilings throughout:
▪ Pro shop, pro shop office, front locker off pro shop lobby, lounge area in front of fireplace, back entrance hallway, **ladies locker room to left, both bathrooms, kitchen and large *reception room in back.
▪ *The reception room has dark beams that we are not going to change in color.
▪**Ceiling damage in ladies locker room needs repairs, ceiling textured to match and painted.
Scope: Paint baseboards to match pro shop at floors, chair rails and trim in bathrooms.
Scope: Install bead board under the chair rail in back hallway entrance and lounge area, over wallpaper.
Scope: Paint all walls, over the grass cloth
Roof repair/replacement: Bid should include all labor and materials
• Location: Cedar Valley Park, corner of Minnetonka and Cherokee Rd., Cherokee Village, AR 72529
Scope: Repair/replace tongue and groove ceiling under pavilion where damaged and paint to match.
Scope: Replace existing shingle roof
Scope: Replace existing roof with a metal roof
• Location: Omaha Center, 20 Omaha Circle, Cherokee Village, AR 72529
Scope: Replace roof over the auditorium after the HVAC equipment has been removed.
HVAC replacement: Bid should include removing old systems from the roof and replacing with a system that is located on the ground.
