Elayna Russell, 15, brought home a national pageant title over the weekend. She was crowned the 2022 Miss Diamond National USA at the national pageant held July 13-16 at Connor’s Performing Arts Center in Little Rock. Russell has been involved in many community service projects attends Mammoth Spring High School where she is also active in several activities.
