Joshua Spray of Melbourne, Arkansas has been selected as Ozarka’s Employee of the Quarter. Spray is the Administrative Specialist for the Aviation Department at Ozarka.

Spray, a native of Ash Flat, holds an Associate of Arts from Ozarka College. After earning his degree, Joshua worked as a program manager for Thomson Enterprises of Northwest Arkansas. He has earned the Employee of the Quarter recognition for the period of July through September 2022.
