Quad Cities Rotary establishes Charlie Hall Scholarship

The Quad Cities Rotary Club of Sharp County has recently established the Charlie Hall Memorial – Rotary Scholarship, in honor of the Highland High School Class of 2002 and ASU graduate, who for four years bravely fought colon cancer before passing in early May. Charlie is the son of Paul and Linda Hall and the brother of Cindy (Hall) Willis. Linda is a Charter Member of our club and has served as President many years.
This memorial scholarship will be awarded to an area graduating senior to assist them in furthering their education in their chosen field.
