A Caruthersville, Mo, woman was killed Dec. 22 and another injured in an accident in Fulton county on U.S. Highway 63. According to the Arkansas State Police Fatality report, 47-year-old Faith Babcock was traveling Southbound on U.S 63 when she crossed the double yellow line striking a vehicle. Babcock was killed and the driver of the second vehicle was taken to Ozark Regional Medical Center for treatment. According to the report, the road conditions were wet and it was raining the time of that accident.
