I am honored to introduce myself to the community as your new Postmaster. My name is Rebecca Jaco, and I am very excited to begin this journey serving the residents and businesses of Hardy, Highland, and Cherokee Village.
To this role, I bring vast Postal Service experience and a desire to serve. I started my career as a postal clerk in Tennessee in 2004. My first Postmaster position was in Hernando, MS, in 2019, prior to transferring to North Carolina and then to Arkansas in 2024. I look forward to providing the best customer service possible to our valued customers in the Hardy area.
The Hardy team is committed to providing professional, courteous, and dependable service with convenient mailing and shipping products at an affordable cost. We also support local businesses with reliable shipping and mailing solutions designed to help them reach their customers efficiently. Whether someone is running a business or simply stopping in at their neighborhood Post Office to mail a letter or package, every interaction matters.
As Postmaster, I believe in local engagement. That means understanding the needs of our customers, supporting our employees, and helping ensure the Post Office remains a dependable part of the community.
