Fulton County sex offender arrested again
From Court and police records Timothy Dean Clark, 57, of Mammoth Spring, who is a registered Level Three Sex offender out of Fulton County, was arrested at Bass Cat Boats in Midway in Baxter County on May 28. Highland High School band earns third 4A State Honor Ensemble title
The Highland Senior Band earned the title of 4A State Honor Ensemble at the 2026 Arkansas School Band and Orchestra State Concert Contest. There were 18 bands competing in Class 4A. Highland had the top score, making them the state champion concert band.
