FNBC to award $4K Boyd and Maxine scholarship
For the 38th year, FNBC Bank will award a $4,000 scholarship to a graduating high school senior from Sharp, Izard or Fulton County who plans to attend college seeking a 4-year degree. FNBC partners with the Arkansas Community Foundation to fund and administer the Boyd and Maxine Carpenter Scholarship.
