40th Annual Spring Bluegrass Festival slated
The Heart of the Ozarks Bluegrass Association will hold their 40th Annual Spring Bluegrass Festival June 1 - 3 at HOBA park in West Plains. This is the first outdoor event of the season at the blue-grass park. HOBA is family-oriented organization and invites everyone to their festival and campgrounds complete with stage, concessions, RV hook-ups and shower house.
