Arkansas Supreme Court overturns LEARNS Act
The Arkansas Supreme Court last week, in a 5-2 decision, overturned a lower court’s order to pause the LEARNS Act. The decision clears the way for the Department of Education to resume implementing the governor’s signature education overhaul legislation.
