Four Fulton County girl’s basketball players named to Scorebook Live’s top Juniors in the state of Arkansas

Fulton County has something to be proud of. Four of the state’s top Junior basketball players were named last week by Scorebook Live. Three of those are from Mammoth Spring and one from Salem. The following were named to the list. Adrianna Corbett is a 5’9 forward Mammoth Spring. She is one of a trio of standout juniors for the Lady Bears, Corbett has stood out as not only one of the team’s top scorers (12 points per game),but also at getting rebounds (6 per game), her teammates good shots (3 assists per game), and also on the defensive end (3 steals per game). She was recently named to the Kell Classic all-tournament team. Tay Davis is a 5’8” Guard, who is also from Mammoth Spring. Davis owns an offer from Williams Baptist University and while no particular stat may immediately jump at you, she does many things in multiple ways that do not always show up on the sheet. This season, she has averaged eight points, five rebounds, five assists, and four steals and was also named to the recent Kell Classic’s all-tournament team. Brynn Washam, a 5’9” guard rounds out the trio from Mammoth Spring . Washam led the Lady Bears in scoring as a sophomore while helping them earn a trip to the 1Astate finals. She leads the team once again this season with 20 points per game, along with 5rebounds per contest, while shooting 41% from long range and 80% from the free throw line. Washam has earned multiple honors in various tournaments this season, most recently the MVP of the Thayer Winter Classic. Marleigh Sellars is a 5’8” Guard from Salem. The other half of an excellent back court that makes the Lady Greyhounds go, Sellars averaged13 points per game and also proved to be one of the team’s top rebounders with 4.2 per contest. This year, she has bumped those numbers to 19points and 5.7 rebounds per game, along with an impressive 5.1 assists and 2.9 steals.
