The Salem Lady Greyhounds claimed the 2024 3A-2 Conference Championship on Feb. 2 against Cave City 58-26. Coaches Josh Bateman and Shane Smith were extra proud of the ladies as it was the night their late father and father in law was honored with the renaming of the court to the Wendall Smith Court.
