White River Health (WRH) Behavioral Health in Batesville, AR was recognized as Inpatient Program of the Year by Signet Health in the first-ever Signet Excellence in Advocacy Awards. The award program includes six categories and is open to all organizations affiliated with Signet Health, with 13 programs participating in the nomination process. The six nomination categories include Most Inspiring Act(s) of Advocacy, Customer Service, Marketing Excellence, Best Clinical Initiative, Inpatient Program of the Year, and Outpatient Program of the Year.
According to Signet Health, the Inpatient Program of the Year award recognizes a hospital program that demonstrates excellence throughout the year and achieves exceptional overall program performance. Additionally, they embody the qualities of clinical excellence, customer service, marketing excellence and contract retention, all while living the mission to advocate for the vulnerable when they cannot advocate for themselves.“Behavioral health is an important part of service to any community,” said Gary Paxson,
