Mother Nature has been rather indecisive the last three weeks from as much as 8 inches of snow to four to five inches of rain and flooding in many places in Spring River Country to last weeks sleet and snow. Rylee Skaggs, of Salem seems to be enjoying her day sledding with her parents, Dylan and Haley Skaggs.
