FROM POLICE STATEMENT Officials with the Mammoth Spring School received in-formation on Jan. 18 that a student threatened violence against staff and other students at the school. Officials with the school notified the Arkansas State Police and the Mammoth Spring Police Department. A Caruthersville, Mo, woman was killed Dec. 22 and another injured in an accident in Fulton county on U.S. Highway 63. According to the Arkansas State Police Fatality report, 47-year-old Faith Babcock was traveling Southbound on U.S 63 when she crossed the double yellow line striking a vehicle.
