Jansen Brock Smith A Fulton County man has been charged with two counts of second degree sexual assault in relation to sexual acts with a six year old child. Jansen Brock Smith, 33, of Salem was arrested on July 18 on a probable cause in the case. Hayden Friend of Salem was crowned National American Miss Arkansas July 3 in Tulsa, Okla. She competed against 20 other contestants. The win allowed Friend to advance to represent Arkansas in the National Junior Teen Competition in Orlando, Fla. in November.
