Remodeled Jim Hinkle Spring River State Fish Hatchery unveiled
Arkansas Game and Fish Commission Chairman Bobby Martin loaded the first batch of rainbow trout May 17 at the “ribbon-cutting” of the newly remodeled Jim Hinkle Spring River State Fish Hatchery at Mammoth Spring.
