Man dies from injuries in train versus truck collision

A man who was seriously injured when his truck crossed into the path of a Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad train engine near Williford on May 29, passed away June 4 from injuries he sustained in the collision. 

Willie Bradford, 86, died at the Elvis Presley Trauman Center last Monday. According to his granddaughter, Jessica Turner, her grandfather was breathing on his own just days before his death but remained in the trauma unit heavily sedated.

Services for Bradford were Monday, June 13 with burial in the Oak Forrest Cemetery in Black Rock, Ark.
