Cherokee Village sewer customer prices set for 100 percent increase

With the cost of everything going up with inflation, many are stretched to the extreme financially. A few weeks ago, Cherokee Village residents got news one of their utilities cost would be doubling in August. Customers of the St. Joseph’s Glen Utility Operating Company in Cherokee Village, who are in charge of the city’s wastewater announced the increase would be on August bills due to costly improvements the company has made to its equipment.
