CVFD’s Easter egg hunt set at Baseheart

The Cherokee Village Fire Department will again host the annual Easter Egg Hunt at Baseheart Fire Station on Easter Sun. April 9,beginning at 2 p.m. Several hundred toy and candy-filled eggs will be strewn about in two separate grassy areas, one for children aged 3-7years, and the other for hunters 8-12years of age. Some of the eggs will contain Bunny-Money, and there will be one winning egg for a bicycle in each age group. After the hunt, photos with CVFD-Easter Bunny will be available at the big fire engine. Baseheart Fire Station is located at 1Baseheart Road, just off Cherokee Road. The rain date for the Easter Egg Hunt is Sun. April 16.
