First Community Bank has announced that Michelle Taylor has joined the bank as assistant vice president, consumer lending for the financial institution’s full-service branch location at 1 Iroquois in Cherokee Village, Arkansas. Taylor joins First Community Bank with more than 20 years of professional experience in the banking industry. “One of my favorite observations from the late Helen Keller is ‘alone we can do so little, but together we can do so much,’ and I can’t think of amore fitting quote that exemplifies the true community spirit that First Community Bank carries out each day,” said Taylor. “It is a true community bank, and I couldn’t be more excited to be a part of this organization.” In her new role, she will focus her efforts on managing and growing her loan and deposit portfolio as well as customer service relationships in the Sharp County area. When she isn’t working, she is spending time with family. She and her husband, Rusty, have three children: Austin Davis, Felice, and Amanda, as well as eight grand-children. “Michelle brings valuable experience of knowing how to work with people and providing customers with the best lending solutions to help them reach their goals,” said Fred Holzhauer, senior vice president, branch manager & lending in Cherokee Village for First Community Bank. “I am very confident that she’ll be an asset to our team and to our community.”
