Last known address of decedent: #11 Rebel Heights Lane, Highland, Arkansas 72401. Date of death: January 1, 2025.
An Instrument dated September 21, 2018, was submitted to Probate on January 21, 2025 as the Last Will and Testament of the above named Decedent and the undersigned was appointed Personal Representative of the Estate on Feb. 3, 2025. Contest of the Probate of the Will can be effected only by filing within the time prescribed by law a Petition for an Order revoking or modifying the Order admitting the Will to Probate, and delivering a copy of the Petition to the undersigned Personal Representative, or Attorney for the Estate.
All persons having claims of any kind against the estate must exhibit them duly verified to the undersigned within three (6) months from the date of the first publication of this Notice, or they shall be forever barred and precluded from any benefit in the estate
