Notice is hereby given that a Petition has been filed in the office of the Circuit Clerk of Sharp County, Arkansas, to quiet and confirm title in and to the following described property in Sharp County, Arkansas:
A part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (NW¼ SW¼) of Section 21, Township 18 North, Range 5 West, more particularly described as follows: Nine (9) Acres in the Northwest Corner (NW) Corner, to wit: Beginning at the Northwest Corner of said NW¼ SW¼; thence East 583 feet; thence South 01 degrees 12 minutes East 621.10 feet; thence West 583 feet; thence North 01 degree 12 minutes West 677.10 feet to the point of beginning.
And,
The Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (NW¼ SW¼) of Section 28, Township 18 North, Range 5 West of the 5th P.M., Sharp County, Arkansas. Any person claiming any title or interest of any kind to such property is hereby notified to appear herein on or before February 23, 2026 to assert his title or interest in such property and to demonstrate why title to this property should not be quieted and confirmed in Margaret F. Cranmer and Jerry Cochran, Plaintiffs herein.
