The Ozark Folk Center State Park in Mountain View will host 11 music events, which include a total of 16 concerts at the park’s 1,000-seat indoor music venue, Ozark Highlands Theater, during their upcoming season April 15 through October 25, 2025. Evening concerts, music contests, and festivals will feature top talent from the Ozarks and beyond, including award-winning songwriters, bands and dancers.

“Music has always been one of the focal points for the guest experience at our park,” said Daren Dortin, executive director of Ozark Highlands Radio and music director for the Ozark Folk Center State Park. “We continue to feature performances by local and regional performers, which is at the heart of our mission. In addition, events like the John Prine Tribute concert will highlight how Mountain View has helped shape the folk music tradition outside the borders of Stone County for music fans everywhere.”

2025 Music & Craft season passes to the Ozark Folk Center State Park are available now and include admission to 14 (non-reserved seating) concerts and music events featuring world-class folk, bluegrass, and old-time country music at Ozark Highlands Theater during their season, April 15 to October 25, 2025. Passes also include unlimited visits to the Ozark Folk Center Craft Village in season and discounts on year-round craft classes and herb events, including the Heritage Herb Spring Extravaganza in May and the Wild Herbal Field Trip & Medicinal Plant Symposium in October. The Ozark Folk Center Craft Village opens for the season Tuesday, April 15, and plans to offer live music, old-fashioned fun, and entertainment, including old-time magic shows, living history and more every Tuesday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.  Village artisans make, demonstrate, and sell a variety of handcrafted items at the park’s 20 artisan shops and gardens, like stoneware pottery, hand-dipped candles, soaps, brooms, flame-painted copper art, leatherworks, stained glass and more.
