The 31st Annual Greyhound Classic Two Person Scramble was again well attended with 78 teams entered with a sudden death playoff in the Championship. The event raised over $18,000 for Salem High School Athletics.
The event would not have been possible without the generosity of their sponsors and Turkey Mountain Golf Course.
Taking top honors in the Championship was First Place, Willie and Billy Jarret- 61; Second Place, Zane Kunz and Kenny Nicholson, 61; and Third Place , James and J.W. Blevins- 61.
In A Flight, First Place, Marvin and Lynn Maguffee -70; Second Place, Luther and Jim Acup-70; and Third Place, Frank Proctor and Al Shaw- 70.
In B Flight, First Place, Donny Dawson and Alex Kurzweil-76; Second Place, Mike and Michael Innis, 76; and Third Place, Austin Robbins and Devin Brown-76.
In C Flight, First Place, Randy and Clara Zeigler- 82; Second Place, Kevin Pendergrass and Jacob Branon-82; and Third Place, Cheryl Roberts and Mike Cook, 83.
