A man who has been evading arrest in Ohio was arrested today by Sharp County Deputy Lane King in Evening Shade. Sharp County Sheriff Shane Russell confirmed that a man using the name of Stefan Havens Talley, 50, was taken into custody after the sheriff’s department received a terminal message from a law enforcement agency in Ohio. Talley had been living in the Evening Shade area for two years evading arrest on 21 felony rape charges in Ohio.
This news agency verfied that Talley has used several names over the last several years when running a criminal history. Sheriff Russell reported he has been working as a traveling nurse. The law enforcement agency in Ohio will be sending information on his charges. He is being held in the Sharp County Detention Facility awaiting extridition back to Ohio to face his charges.
