Ozarka College has received initial approval from the Arkansas State Board of Nursing to offer an LPN to RN Associate of Applied Science Degree in Registered Nursing program. Sharp County’s Class of 2023 accepted a record $3.23 million in scholarships. Seniors at Highland collectively accepted $1,479,700. Seniors at Cave City are headed off to colleges and universities across the nation with $1,754,790 to help pay for their educations. Coach Jim Summers resigned his position after being arrested on Sat. May 20 at an Amateur Athletic Union basketball tournament at the Cave City gym.
