Fulton County woman dies in traffic accident near Ravenden

An April 21 accident on Highway 63south of Ravenden claimed the life of a Fulton County woman. According to the Arkansas State Police fatal crash report, Wanda Kinkade, 61of Glencoe was killed and five people were injured in a two vehicle accident including two minors. The 2003 Dodge Durango driven by Farrah Dalton, 32, of Highland crossed the centerline hitting the2003 Toyota Scion head-on. The injured included John Kinkade,62, of Glencoe, the driver of the 2006Toyota. Farrah Dalton, 32 of Highland, the driver of 2003Dodge. Jackey Dalton, 30 of Hardy, who was a passenger in the 2003 Dodge was also injured. Two unnamed minors, both passengers in the Toyota were also hurt in the accident. Ravenden Fire, Imboden Fire, Walnut Ridge Fire, Medic One Ambulance, ProMed Ambulance, Spring River Ambulance and two medical helicopters were all dispatched to the scene. Traffic was shutdown for hours after the 11:36 p.m. crash. Lawrence County Sheriff and Ravenden Police Department officers assisted. The accident was worked by the Arkansas State Police
