FROM FULTON COUNTY SHERIFF JAKE SMITH PRESS RELEASE
A shooting near Glencoe has resulted in the death of one person and one per-son being held in the case. Sheriff Jake Smith reported that on May 31, Brandon Chrisco, 27, received at least one gun shot wound that resulted in his death. The Fulton County Coroner’s office pronounced Chrisco deceased at the scene and one suspect was taken into custody. No charges have been filed at2:45 p.m. and the shooting is still under investigation. In a second, but separate, incident in Fulton County, Fulton County Sheriff Jake Smith reported that the body of 59 year old David Southerland was located near Viola on June 1. The Arkansas State Police have been requested to assist with the investigation. Details related to the death will not be disclosed at this time as the investigation is ongoing.
