Veta Louise (Duncan-Nichols) Johnson, 88, of Cherokee Village, Ark. passed away Feb. 28, 2022. She was born Aug. 17, 1933 in Poughkeepsie, Arkansas. Her parents, Fred and Ruth (Duncan) Nichols, and two sisters, Georgia (Nichols) Simpson and Jean (Nichols) Schnoetzinger, preceded her in death. Veta graduated from the Evening Shade School in 1951.
